2. Shipping Returns Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (preferably USPS Priority Mail).
3. Refunds Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Authenticity Guarantee All gemstones and metals are inspected and authenticated by our GIA Graduate Gemologist. Authenticity claims must be supported by professional documentation if disputed.
5. Etsy & eBay Orders Returns for purchases made via Etsy or eBay must follow the respective platform’s policies, as outlined on the product pages.
