Pair of Antique Glass Vanity Jars

 Pair of Antique Glass Vanity Jars    Circa. 1860   American     Civil War-era glass jars.  Tall jar originally used to hold toothbrush while traveling. Small jar held creams.  Now, use the jars for Q tips, bobby pins, etc.  The tall jar measures 6 1/4 inches in height.   1 3/8 inches in diameter.  It has a screw top marked "silver"   The smaller jar measures 1 1/4 inches in height, also 1 3/8 inches in diameter.  Its lift top is marked "sterling"   The tall jar weighs 5.37 oz   The smaller jar weighs 1.89 oz.  

 Both are in excellent original condition
