Steel mesh purse, great condition, originally suspended from a chatelaine but now is suspended from a 35-inch steel neck chain  The purse is meant to be worn at navel length rather than as shown in the photos    Purse measures 3 1/2 inches high with bottom "drop"   2 inches wide, and 2 inches deep at top when the purse is opened.  Clasp works perfectly    Can hold coins, tissues, or a perfumed hanky (as it was intended during the Victorian era)      Total weight:   2.1 ounces
