Antique Patinated Bronze and Marble Base Lamp By Barbedienne and Cahieux Circa. 1860-1870 France

The most acclaimed bronze designer and metalworkers from 19th Century France. Cahieux (1825-1854) and Barbedienne (1810-1892) signatures on the bottom of the amphora. Lamp measures 32 1/2 inches with black silk shade, 29 1/2 inches high without shade. Diameter of lamp is 9 1/2 inches. Weight is 10.2 pounds. Deep orange/red and black marble base with bronze and claw feet – base measures 4 inches high, 6 inches wide and 6 inches deep. Pull chains on both sockets, switch on electrical cord.
